Join the LMI community for 3-6 months while undertaking your own Master’s or PhD level research. You will have the opportunity to interact with LMI Fellows and Faculty, present seminars on your research, and be encouraged in thought leadership.

LMI doesn’t confer its own research degrees. What we offer is a research environment for you to complete your degree from another institution.

Contributing to a community of learning. Our expectation is that you would enjoy our facilities and the peace of the Murrumbateman countryside. While undertaking your research fellowship:
  • You would attend our morning devotions at least once per week.
  • You would attend dinners at least 3 times per week.
  • You would run a 1-2 hr seminar while in residence on your research interest.

While in residence an LMI Research Fellow will have:
  • all board and food covered by LMI.
  • access to study space in our library or offices.
  • the chance to interact with the faculty who are teaching in the residential fellowship program.
  • access to academic support from the LMI Director.

We would love to have you join and contribute to the LMI learning community. However, an LMI Research fellowship is offered at the discretion of the LMI Director and is only available at certain times of the year. Send us an expression of interest and we’ll let you know the next steps to take.
